Worth area. In 2001 there were enough Y.P. readers to allow the merchant to make money from a well designed ad. By 2009 however, 90% of my former business owners cancelled their ads due to poor return on investment since the general U.S. population aged 18-80 is mainly using Internet, smart phones, direct mail, radio, television, billboards, newspapers as well as word of mouth. Therefore today I tell my customers that the printed book is outdated and by 2016 may be seen in the Smithsonian Museum!
